Built by the poet Sakip Efendi who lived between 1796-1876, this mansion is located in the garden of Aleppo. Like Mahmut Nedim mansion, there is a wide area of haremlik and selamlık. In 1985, the Sakıp ağa Pavilion, which was restored by Şanlıurfa Municipality and was used as the Directorate of parks and Gardens, was a two-storey pavilion with a rectangular plan in the east-west direction. To the east of the second floor, the wall of the room is covered with a line of 1263 dated(M 1845) on the blue painted wooden poem of the master. It is estimated that this date was made in the pavilion. To the west of the courtyard is a small, cold, warm, and küllahlı Bath.
