The transfer value of the ion chain is divided into six classes in the system architecture. Six classes are the application layer, service layer, protocol layer, intelligent contract layer, blockchain class and data storage layer.
-Application layer
Application layer is BitcoinMax's user interface layer. It provides REST API interface based on HTTP protocol. The device may require access to BitcoinMax through this class. BitcoinMax interface provides counterfeit verification function of both IoT devices and suppliers. Application layer of BitcoinMax applies plug-in functionality to help connect new businesses more conveniently. In the early stages of system development, the system will include the following integrated services: data validation, supplier search, device registration, wallet and so on.
-Service class.
BitcoinMax extracts the service layer from the internal modules of the system. BitcoinMax contains many components and they all provide external interfaces through the server. The interface is used by a service class generally a program other than the end user. Therefore, the service class interface accepts GPRC-based binary protocol.
Service class is currently only available for internal components. In the future, we will look to provide service layer for core nodes.
** Protocol layer**
BitcoinMax provides a unified access protocol at the protocol layer, including consensus, protocols, network protocols, currency exchange protocols, etc. BitcoinMax provides external services through a unified protocol. In the future development of BitcoinMax platform, BitcoinMax protocol will be a common protocol for all third-party applications.
-Smart contract
Smart contracts are an important part of BitcoinMax. They are a bridge to connect the blockchain class with applications. At the same time, smart contracts also act as binders, allowing binding of user requirements and blockchain consensus algorithms together. They ensure that users can legally and securely use data stored on the blockchain to create added value. Smart contract class consists of two parts: contract management and contract interface. Contract management is responsible for deploying, installing, debugging, running and other activities of smart contracts. Smart contract interface is provided for external systems. BitcoinMax provides a set of system contracts for system-related activities.
-The Blockchain class
The blockchain class is BitcoinMax's core and the consensus algorithm is the most important part of the blockchain class. According to the features of IoT network, BitcoinMax applies the basic components of graphene technology and performs depth optimization. Based on DPoS algorithms, graphene technology provides chains of common blockchain components, including networks, blocks, links, wallets and, of course, DPoS algorithms.
Data storage layer
BitcoinMax provides two ways to store data on the blockchain, based on IPFS and BigChainDB.
IPFS is an emerging standard for storing content address files. Stored content storage is a mechanism for storing information that can be accessed based on its content, not its location. In other words, all stored files use IPFS named names derived from the hash function of their content.
This means that the same file will have the same name on every computer and its contents can never be changed without changing the name of the file. It also means that when you download a file from the server, you can verify that it is the exact file you requested by recalculating the name based on the content provided by the server.
IPFS also provides peer-to-peer (P2P) layer that allows computers to discover and share files based on their defined names. However, this P2P network layer does not provide or guarantee storage, storage or bandwidth. As
