The rock of St.Skeoch or St.Skae is better known as Elephant Rock. It
lies on the North Sea coast three miles south of Montrose at Boddin. . It is located reached from the cottages at
Boddin, or from the track leading to the old cemetery. You can also walk down to the sea via a path near the cemetery. Beware though the path is steep.
