Исходный код Golos 0.14.2 не может быть скомпилирован для Windows непосредственно без изменений.
Я не видел кто-то другой запустил Windows x64 версия, так что я изменил код и скомпилировал.
Его можно использовать для добычи Голос или для разработки на Windows.
Я обновил ссылку на новые версии содержащий CLI_Wallet.
