The foundation's efforts are aimed at creating new mechanisms that enable the use of opportunities for crypto currencies and develop efficient ways and methods to work with those in need. The foundation's main activity will be to provide assistance in the purchase of medical equipment and medicines for medical centers and hospitals throughout the world.
But the foundation must be decentralized. And a safe currency is the key to a healthy future. Resources from the foundation cannot be used to buy weapons or for propaganda.

Modern ways of charity
The traditional method is to donate to charities using banks or credit cards, mobile payments, bank transfers, and cash deposits far from without risk. There is no guarantee that your contribution will really go to the goal. ISKRA allows us to maintain transparency in the activities of the foundation. You buy our tokens, your investment is protected by the value of diamonds. At the same time, you easily help the foundation. With ISKRA, your contribution to the foundation is guaranteed and at the same time your investment is protected.

Project scheme
We believe that we can call this line "ICO v3.0" We want each project that enters cryptocurrency to set aside 10% of bank coins or tokens to transfer to social programs! This is the only way that society can really influence the future. front of it Example: If the creator of Bitcoin has established a social foundation and transferred 500,000 coins to the beginning, then today the fund will have $ 3.1 billion. And people themselves will be able to spend this money on social programs - regardless of the government and bankers. ISKRA is a real opportunity for our society to become a modern society with social accountability.

PROBLEM
Team Lucem sees the need to make a difference in solving social problems of children in need.
For charity, we can and must use new technology. Team Lucem was the first to see opportunities to improve fundraising process using digital technology.

SOLUTION
Lucem of Hope Community This foundation is a decentralized platform where every user can propose a project. You choose who will help and how. Lucem uses cryptocurrency with the aim of donating it to charity.

We want ISKRA not only amant but also profitable! The price of disaster resistant diamonds is more stable than gold! ISKRA gives you a unique opportunity to exchange it for diamonds at any time, based on the Rapaport Price List and GIA certification. And that means you will always have pure prices without intermediaries: this will save between 10 and 50% of the cost of the diamond. At present, only large companies in the stock exchange have the opportunity to trade using the Rapaport Price List. This is a stock broker. Today, this is our partner and their list will be expanded to cover the whole world.

What makes ISKRA so special?

Reliability
Built on blockchain technology and using smart contracts,
ISKRA is one of the safest, most reliable and safest digital currencies in the future.
Social
ISKRA was created as a crypto currency that allows you to create a financial base for charitable foundations to help children around the world.
Profitable
Based on our estimates, we hope that the value of ISKRA will continue to grow.
Therefore, we believe that ISKRA is an ideal investment opportunity.

It's very disappointing when in the modern world more money is spent on maintaining and serving the foundation than the foundation itself spends on the actual project. Changing this system has been long awaited, and every voice is important in the community.
