Tracy R. Twyman was a producer of podcasts and an independent investigator into occult and esoteric history. In 2018 she began to research Isaac Kappy's claims about paedophilia in Hollywood. Two months later, she herself (reportedly, I cannot confirm) suddenly died. The circumstances of Tracy Twyman's death are unclear.

Following stalking, harassment and death threats, Twyman took down her various websites. She made a video detailing all this, and gave the link to two friends only, one of whom later described it as her own "dead man's switch" of sorts:
