It follows from the message that during the ICO, the exchange plans to raise $ 17.5 million. The sale of tokens created on the basis of the #Ethereum crypto currency will take place in three stages.

At the first stage (March 2018) non-public sale of tokens will be organized for $ 0.2 to regular exchange customers and a limited number of investors. The second stage will be held from July to September, and pre-sale of tokens will be organized at $ 0.4. The third stage (November-December) is a public ICO with tokens of $ 4. The organizers will accept applications for participation until February 20.
